Had damage on my roof and called this company and what an amazing company this is. One of the sales guys Rocky Patterson came out and affirmed I needed a new roof. Gave me all the information I needed to make a claim and even helped me do it. Within a week adjusters came and Rocky was here with me , which I have never had someone from a company come stay while adjusters were here. My claim was successful n within 4 days had my new roof. This company did an amazing job they were here at 7:30 am n were through by 1:45 pm ..they did an excellent job too I am very pleased. I would recommend them to everyone from the owners to office staff to sales and crew everyone was nice and worked with perfection. Thank you Guardian Exteriors for my beautiful new roof.

Guardian came in after storm damage at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 7843. Our roof was ripped almost completely off. Charles Mitchell of Guardian led the way in replacing our roof. He dealt with the insurance company and other contractors. He and his team delivered as promised. Thanks Charles. The roof is beautiful.

I cannot say enough about what an outstanding job that Shelby Byrd and Guardian Exteriors did for us. Actually, they completed the roofing for two of our homes damaged by hail. Additionally, they replaced a skylight, gutters and a carport. I realize it can be a challenge knowing just who to trust in the roofing business so I felt it was important to recommend Guardian to all my friends. We even were able to get a number of upgrades installed so that our roofs now are substantially better than they were before the storms, and at a minimal cost for the upgrades. I could not be happier!!!

I had a brand new roof put on my house about a year-and-a-half ago and because of all of these storms one day a sales guy named Rocky Patterson shows up and says that I need a new roof I tell him I just had to put on about a year-and-a-half ago I said well you can argue with my home insurance so he had a couple adjusters come out and they said yes my really was bad and about to start leaking if it wasn't for this guy I would have never known I thought I had a brand new roof then they showed me some tile I was way nicer than the other stuff I had so my house looks great thanks Guardian!

Guardian Exteriors is an excellent company. Always keeping in close communication and explaining the insurance claim process step-by-step. They put the new roof on in less than a day and it looks great! They also worked with me so that I didn't have to pay anything out-of-pocket even with my insurance deductible factored into the cost. I was able to upgrade my roof to a better shingle and overall warranty. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing to replace their roof.
